Solstas Lab Partners - Support Gateway

This site provides Solstas Lab Partners Clients access to their patients' results through the Web. If you know the version of LabVision you are currently using in your office, click on the appropriate link below. It will ask you for your log in and password. If you are unsure which version of LabVision you currently have, please call the LabVision Assist Desk at 1-888-664-7601 extension 6239. They will be able to assist you with the correct version login.

The following tool allows our support staff to access your system remotely when necessary. When asked to do so, click the link below and click “run” twice when prompted. Once the QuickSupport application is ready, you will be shown a 9 digit id # that you’ll need to provide to Labvision Support.
