Spectrum Laboratory Network has a staff of billing
and customer service representatives who are available to assist both patients
and clients. While physically located at our main laboratory in Greensboro,
North Carolina, this group is available via a toll-free phone line to our
entire service area.
This staff is available to answer phone questions about billing from 8:00 a.m.
until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Any one of the representatives can help any caller. They are able to answer
billing questions, change and update billing information, and assist the caller
in resolving any outstanding accounts. When calling please have your account
number, insurance information, and other billing information at hand so that we
might better serve you.
