Carilion-Spectrum is one of the top ten laboratory companies in the nation, providing comprehensive clinical, anatomic pathology and esoteric testing services. Dual-headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina and Roanoke, Virginia, Carilion-Spectrum’s laboratories and patient service centers cover the entire Mid-Atlantic region, including the District of Columbia. We provide services to more than 37 hospitals, 14,000 physicians and 20,000 patients each day.
